Charles Tice
Co-Founder and CEO
Charles Tice is a co-founder of Apex Connectivity Solutions with over two decades of fire and emergency response experience as a first responder. That experience includes six years overseeing a statewide radio communications program, giving him deep expertise in public safety communications and deployable connectivity. His background spans P25 and LMR radio systems, interoperability, satellite and LEO communications, cellular connectivity, ROIP, and mobile command solutions. Charles founded Apex alongside his wife Crystal with a simple goal, to provide customers with practical and reliable solutions built around how they actually operate in the field. For Charles, Apex is about more than selling equipment, it's about understanding the mission and being there when customers need support.
Crystal Tice
Co-Founder and CFO
Crystal Tice is a co-founder of Apex Connectivity Solutions and helps lead a majority woman-owned small business based in Texas. Her background includes direct support of public safety and emergency response professionals through the Incident Command System during wildfire and all-hazards response. That experience taught her firsthand how critical reliable communication is, especially when conditions are difficult and people are counting on technology to work. Crystal and her husband Charles founded Apex to turn the knowledge and perspective gained throughout their careers into practical solutions for customers. She is proud to help build a company rooted in experience, reliability, and service to the customers and communities Apex serves.
